The location in Ginza was excellent and very convenient for walking, shopping, and public transportThe hotel was quiet and calm despite being in a busy areaThe room was comfortable and well designedThe overall atmosphere felt relaxing and elegantThe staff were polite and professionalThe hotel felt clean and well maintained

Room is dark because the sun can not go through the window because of the building next to each other

Location is great , can walk to anything you want , very clean environment, high end shopping, a lively safe metropolitan city , almost glamorous, the people are fashionable and respectful, Tokyo has been a wonderful experience, thank you to the Japanese people for welcoming us

If Japanese food is not your preference, maybe a few other choices would be welcomed

I could not have been happier with our stay. I visited with my family and we had a smaller double and then a triple for our college age kids. Staff were warm and attentive, rooms were modern and well appointed. Terrific location. Close to Tsukiji and right in the thick of Ginza. Found the value to be excellent as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was new and learning- only two elevators- long wait at times. Lots of language in the lobby all time unsightly

We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was very nice and very spacious. We loved the bath/shower room and the separate toilet. However, it was noisier than I expected; while it sits on a small, quiet street, it is also very close to a major, busy road. On the plus side, it is a very easy and convenient walk to the train stations

This hotel has become a favorite of ours. We usually stay here at least a couple nights of our yearly trip to Japan. Location is great, though depends on what your needs are. Best is if you get the right room then theres so much space that you feel you aren't even in japan. That could be good or bad.

Not much to dislike. If you are in tokyo for the nightlife then maybe not a good choice. Have never opted for the breakfast because its insanely expensive but could be appealing to some. We stay for the location close to family but mostly because the room size is better than the majority of tokyo hotels.

The staff went beyond what's expected from them to help and make my stay as good as possible. I checked in around 4 AM. They guy at the reception helped me get my lost bag and contacted every possible number available till he solved my issues. I didn't expected that especially at 4AM

Great hotel, good location, and upscale.

First time seeing dark spot in shower on the wall and the side of the bath tub. I don’t expect this will be happen in Japan’s hotel.

Central location to hustle and bustle AND right next to 2 convenience stores.

Everything is nice. Tip to tourists: staff may be TOO nice and accommodating. For example they called me a taxi to the edge of tokyo when I showed them a tourist spot pic on my phone. Having a concierge who can re-direct & recommend the real famous places more locally would save me from myself & an hour cab ride.

Spacious, clean, location is amazing, and have daily cleaning. staff members are very friendly and helpful as well and speaks English

In the past three times I've travelled to Tokyo, Hotel GrandBack is hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed. It's close to Ginza area and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and train system. From staff to facilities, the services were above and beyond.

I can't think of anything I did not like.

The three-bed room was particularly comfortable and nice so that the family of three could stay comfortably. The facilities in the bathroom were new, the location was good, and the staff were friendly and kind. I would like to visit again.
